Another advantage of All Star Sports Instruction is that we develop a group of employees that will be exclusively working with your park district. These employees become part of the community by working directly with your park district in the camps that we offer. We feel that having consistent coaches gives our customers a great level of comfort in our various camps, classes, and leagues. This creates a more relaxed and comfortable environment for the children as well as the coaches.
By choosing All Star Sports Instruction, your job will become easier. You will no longer have to worry about the hiring and training of coaches, or relying on enough parents to volunteer their time. We thoroughly train our own coaches and do a quarterly evaluation on all employees and the company. All coaches are all CPR and First Aid Certified. We provide insurance and all equipment other than basketball hoops. Our fees are very reasonable, a large portion of which enables us to hire and train new coaches and purchase new equipment. This allows us to not only grow as a company, but to grow with the programs, the park district, and the surrounding community.
The children in this generation are lucky to have the ability to attend classes and camps at the great park districts that the Chicagoland area has to offer. We want to join in the experience that these children have at such a young age and help them develop their sports abilities with our programs and your park district.
